Questions
Is this influencer marketing?
No. Creators don’t post about you to their followers. They shoot for you, and you receive photos and videos to use on your own channels: your website, booking pages, ads and social.
What if none of the creators are the right match?
Then none of them come. You approve a brief, not a booking, so the brief simply goes back out, and new applications come in.
What does it cost?
Nothing during our launch: it’s free to join and there’s no platform fee.
What if the work isn’t good?
The brief defines “finished” before anyone arrives: how many photos, which formats, by when. If what comes back isn’t that, it isn’t delivered, and we sort it out.
Who owns the photos, and where can we use them?
You get the usage rights by default, written into the brief before anyone books. The creator keeps the copyright and can show the photos in their portfolio. If a shoot needs different terms, we define them in the brief.
Do I have to give up rooms in high season?
No. You pick the dates so creators come when it’s convenient for you.
Who are the creators?
Photographers, videographers and UGC creators based in or travelling through Costa Rica. Every one is reviewed before they join, and every application to your brief is read by a person.
