Privacy policy
Seyba connects boutique hotels and villas with content creators. This page explains what we collect when you sign up, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Seyba runs joinseyba.com. For anything about your data, email hello@joinseyba.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into our sign-up forms:
- Hotels: property name, your name, your role, email, where the property is and, if you tell us, when your last shoot was.
- Creators: your name, email, portfolio links, where you are based, what you create and anything you tell us about yourself.
With each sign-up we also save the time it was sent, whether you asked for Seyba updates, and the campaign tag in the link that brought you here, if there was one.
How we use it
- To review your sign-up and get in touch with you personally about it.
- To match hotels with creators once briefs start. If you are a creator on a shortlist, we share your name and portfolio with that hotel. If you are a hotel, creators see the brief, not your contact details.
- To send you Seyba updates, only if you ticked "Email me Seyba updates". Every update has a way to unsubscribe, or just reply and ask.
We never sell your details.
Where it is kept
Sign-ups are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail), which only the Seyba team can access. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and its fonts load from Google Fonts, so both see standard technical details such as your IP address when you visit.
We keep your details while Seyba is in touch with you or you are part of the founding group. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you arrive through a campaign link, your browser remembers its tag until you close the tab, so we can see which campaign brought you if you sign up.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or stop updates, by emailing hello@joinseyba.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
